The right person must be passionate about food, hard working and have a good eye for presentation and style. The candidate must be motivated and confident in the kitchen and able to use his/her own initiative.   Prasības The successful candidate will be expected to: - Construct a menu - Make orders - Maintain stock control - Be familiar with health and safety and food hygiene - Maintain a well run and clean kitchen - Have a good standard of English and have a visa /passport to work in the UK.
